As Alphabet’s (Google) first Chief Strategist and Director on Inclusive Technology, Business, and Leaders since 2017, Salima empowered 11 startup moonshot companies (Waymo, Wing, X, Sidewalk Labs, Intrinsic, etc.) to shape sustainable businesses for Alphabet while improving the world. A trusted partner to tech CEOs,  and their emerging businesses of various scale, maturity, and market fit, in fields like AI, venture, robotics, self-driving tech, and biotech, she enabled billion-dollar people, product, and business opportunities into the success of every moonshot.  She built the foundational strategies, infrastructure, and operations while influencing an ecosystem of leaders and functions building their capacity and capability to be innovative, while achieving their mission.
