Shawn Wang

Shawn Wang is the Chief Data Science & AI Officer for Elevance Health. Shawn is responsible for operationalizing AI and ML solutions, platforms, and tools to deliver a consumer-first healthcare experience for millions of consumers, including the 48M members of Elevance Health affiliated health plans. Under Shawn’s leadership, the AI team has provided Elevance Health’s first patents and delivered solutions to improve operational efficiencies, consumer experiences, and health outcomes.

Before joining Elevance Health, Shawn spent seven years at Sears, including leadership roles as the VP, Analytics and Personalization COE and VP, Marketing Analytics, delivering the customer information,  analytics, and experience strategy.

Shawn received his Master’s degree from the University of Southern California in Information and Operation Management.

Shawn resides in the greater Chicago area, loves to spend time with his wife, two daughters, and dogs, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and golf.

Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin joined the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) in 2012 as its chief research officer. In 2023, i4cp ranked for the seventh time on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America. Kevin has three decades’ experience in the human capital management industry, with the last 17 years building and guiding industry-leading research organizations.

In addition to guiding i4cp’s research agenda and deliverables, Kevin advises executive and human resources leadership, as well as corporate boards, on best- and next-practices in topics that include the future of work, productivity, people strategy and metrics, talent risk management, organizational agility, leadership behavior, and corporate culture. He is also the executive sponsor of i4cp’s distinguished Chief HR Officer Board.

A highly sought-after  international keynote speaker on all aspects of human capital management, Kevin has been recognized as a “Top 100 HR Influencer” by HR Examiner. He and his team’s research have been cited in leading business media, including The Economist, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Inc. Magazine, Bloomberg, Financial Times, The New York Times, CIO Applications, CFO Magazine, and on CNBC. Kevin is also an occasional contributor to Financial Times.

Kevin currently serves on the Dean’s advisory board for the University of Dayton’s school of engineering. He also serves on the board of advisors for Bullseye Engagement. From 2013 to 2021, Kevin served on the Dean’s advisory board for Dayton’s school of business. From 2005 to 2014, he served on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Massachusetts, which included a two-year term as board chair. In 2006, Kevin was awarded the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ “Big Brother of the Year”.

Kevin earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton. He resides in the United States (Massachusetts) with his wife (Laura) and their three sons.

Bruno Aziza

Bruno is a seasoned operator who specializes in high-growth SaaS and enterprise software. He has led product, marketing, sales and business development teams across all phases of growth, from startups to mid-size companies and Fortune 10 software leaders. Bruno brings hands-on operational hypergrowth experience and technology depth in the fields of data & analytics, machine learning and AI.

Prior to joining CapitalG, Bruno ran outbound product management at Google Cloud, where he helped grow the data and analytics business by 5X. In less than three years, Google Cloud became a top five enterprise software company adopted by 60% of the world’s largest organizations with 100,000 partners and 300% growth in large deals ($250M+).

Before working at Google Cloud, Bruno helped launch and scale four startups: Alpine Data Labs (acquired by Tibco), AppStream (acquired by Symantec), SiSense (acquired Periscope Data), and AtScale.

Bruno also served as Group VP of AI & Data Analytics at Oracle where he performed one of the fastest turnarounds in the space. He helped Microsoft grow their data analytics business to $1 billion in revenue and helped scale BusinessObjects (now SAP) through the Crystal Decisions and Acta acquisitions.

Bruno was educated in France, England, and Germany. An avid soccer player, he enjoys spending time with his active kids and wife. He enjoys standup comedy, live music, and good food–particularly when it’s related to his native country of France!

Mark Gleason

Mark Gleason is a senior technologist with 25 years working with AI and advanced technologies for both startups and large organizations such MetLife, AIG, Credit Suisse and the U.S. Department of the Defense. Mark Gleason is currently the Chief Enterprise Architect, Head of Data and Head of AI for Hudson Insurance Group, a subsidiary of the $30B Fairfax Financial.

Darien Acosta

Darien Acosta is Chief AI Officer at Cover Whale, a leading commercial trucking insurance provider and rapidly growing insurtech.

With more than a decade of experience under his belt previously leading analytics efforts with the likes of Reddit, Yahoo! Finance, INSIDER and REEF, Darien leads a new AI Transformation organization within Cover Whale and is dedicated to leveraging data and AI to enhance driver safety, reduce accidents and improve pricing for customers.

Prior to becoming CAIO, Darien was Head of Data Analytics at Cover Whale, where he played a pivotal role in utilizing data and advanced technology to serve as a co-pilot to drivers, contributing to safer roads and saving lives.

Darien’s educational background includes a solid foundation in programming and network administration, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College.

Sunil Senan

Sunil Senan is Senior Vice President responsible for the Data & Analytics service line at Infosys. In this role, he works closely with Infosys’s strategic clients on their data & analytics led digital transformation initiatives. He is passionate about how data & analytics is creating economic impact in the society and how enterprises and governments can engage in driving this transformation. He has written the “Data economy in Digital times” paper articulating how the new data economy presents a set of new possibilities for enterprises, governments to serve their citizens and consumers.

In his 25+ years of professional experience, he has worked with many CXOs/CDOs/CAOs in fortune-500 companies in their Enterprise Solutions, Data/Insights and Digital transformation journeys.

Sunil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Computer Science and has completed his Master’s in Business Administration (Executive-MBA) from prestigious Indian Institute of Management, (IIM)  Bangalore. Sunil has authored several thought leadership articles that have been published in Industry journals like CIO.com, Forbes online, Changeboard.com, DataQuest etc.

Daniel Hulme

Daniel Hulme is a globally recognised expert in AI and investor in Emerging Technologies. He’s the CEO of Satalia, which was acquired by the world’s largest media company in 2021, WPP, where Daniel is also the Chief AI Officer. He has Masters and Doctorate in AI from UCL, and is also UCL’s Computer Science Entrepreneur in Residence and faculty member of Singularity University.

Daniel is a serial TEDx and Google speaker, and regularly keynotes on AI, ethics, innovation and decentralization. He contributes to numerous of books and articles on the future of work, has advisory and executive positions across companies and governments, and actively promotes purposeful entrepreneurship and technology innovation across the globe.
